1.Dehumidification drying system:

2.Special long L/D ratio screw design:
L/D ratio (length-diameter ratio) refers to the ratio of the length of the screw to the diameter. The screw design with long L/D ratio can improve the plasticizing effect, so that the material can be more fully mixed and plasticized in the screw.
3.Co-extrusion technology:
The co-extrusion technology allows the production line to extrude multiple layers of material at the same time, which can produce both single-layer and multi-layer composite panels, increasing the diversity and functionality of the product.
