ABS Board Making Machine Introduction
Our ABS sheet extrusion machine is an outstandingly performing equipment, specially designed for the production of high-quality ABS sheets.
In terms of structural design, it adopts an advanced screw configuration combined with a precise temperature control system, which can ensure that the ABS raw material is uniformly heated and plasticized during the extrusion process, laying the foundation for producing stable and compliant products. At the same time, it is equipped with a hydraulic quick-change device for screen change and mold operation, making the screen change process fast and efficient. The clothes hanger-type die head design allows the glue to be evenly distributed over the full width of the mold, and the adjustable die lip gap can precisely control the thickness of the plate.
During actual operation, the three-roll calender can flexibly adjust the three-roll layout and gap according to the characteristics of the glue, combined with independent temperature control, to ensure the calendering effect. The cooling guide roller bracket is equipped with special guide rollers and multiple powerful fans to optimize the cooling effect, and it is also equipped with a trimming device, which can effectively ensure the edge quality of the sheet. The cutting machine is equipped with high-quality alloy blades and imported bearings to ensure the quality of the sheet cut surface and the long-term stability of the cutting action. The winding machine adopts a torque motor combined with a four-axis automatic tension control, which can adjust the speed and winding tension according to the requirements, so that the thin plate winding is flatter. Combined with the slitting device, the product width can also be freely set.
